Here at In This Moment Homestead, we have dedicated our small piece of land to rescuing abused, neglected, and unwanted livestock. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization that believes all creatures deserve a safe, peaceful, and loving place to call home. The animals have come to our home from varied situations. Some were saved from neglect and others from slaughter. Several animals are here due to byproducts of the animal industry; such as male goats who are not used for breeding/milking and females who are not fit to breed or can no longer produce enough milk. Others are here because their owners could no longer care for them either due to hardship, financial situation, or not wanted by their families. Our mission is to create a safe place where all creatures can live a long and happy life because in this moment and every moment, we all deserve a safe place to call home.
